Lori was such a great help in the selling of my former home and the purchasing of my current home. Since this was the first time that I had done this by myself, I needed someone who was knowledgeable, responsible, and accessible. Lori was all of these things. There was no such thing as a "dumb" question. If she did not know the answer to my question she researched until she found it. I felt that I could call her at any time and she was available. I would definitely use Lori again if the need arises and I would recommend her to others looking for a good house-buying or selling experience.
